Participants will undergo rigorous instruction and development, acquiring the essential skills, knowledge, and certifications necessary to excel in a challenging and rewarding profession.
Eligibility & Requirements
Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this prestigious program:
- Citizenship & Age: The applicant must be a Malaysian Citizen, aged between 18 and 32 years old as of the date of selection.
- Gender: This opportunity is open to both male and female candidates.
- Physical Standards: A minimum height of 158cm is required. Candidates must be medically and physically fit, possessing perfect eyesight with a visual acuity of at least 6/60 without optical aids, correctable to 6/6, and free from colour blindness.
- Language Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential.
- Licensing Status: This application is specifically open to candidates who do not currently possess a Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) or an Instrument Rating (IR). Applicants who hold these licenses should refer to the appropriate application process for experienced pilots, if available.
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess one of the following educational qualifications:
Option 1: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Equivalent
- SPM or its equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of Education Malaysia, with minimum grades as follows:
- Grade A in Mathematics and English.
- Grade A in General Science OR Grade B in Physics.
- A Pass in Bahasa Melayu.
- Grade B in any two (2) other subjects.
- A minimum of 5 SPM subjects or equivalent must be presented.
OR
Option 2: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science-related disciplines, with minimum qualifications as follows:
- A Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.00.
- SPM (or its equivalent) with a minimum Grade C in Mathematics, Science or Physics, and English.
- A Pass in Bahasa Melayu (SPM).
