Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Flight Operations and Logistics, the Flight Operations Advisor holds a pivotal role within the Client Services Department. This operations-focused position is primarily responsible for the execution of day-to-day flight operations on behalf of Magellan Jets, consistently upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and exceptional client experience.

This position is primarily office-based in Quincy, MA, with the flexibility for one remote/work-from-home day each week. The role operates within a general office environment characterized by moderate noise levels and requires some weekend and evening hours (a standard 5-day work week, including one remote weekend day). Physical demands include extended periods of sitting at a desk or workstation, occasional walking between work areas, repetitive hand and wrist movements due to frequent typing and mouse use, light lifting of office supplies or documents (up to 20 lbs), and prolonged use of a computer screen.
Limited travel may be required, potentially including occasional overnight trips for industry conferences, client meetings, or operational oversight at other locations.
The total target compensation for this full-time exempt role will range between $65,000 and $75,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Compensation will be determined on an individualized basis, factoring in location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Cash compensation represents a portion of the total compensation package, which may also include other Magellan Jets-sponsored benefits.
