Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG Entertainment) seeks an experienced Flight Attendant to lead cabin operations and ensure exceptional passenger experiences. This role will be based in Long Island, NY, overseeing service execution and coordination on assigned trips within Part 91 private aviation operations.
About the Role
This position serves as the primary cabin authority, accountable for service execution, cabin coordination, and the overall passenger experience on assigned trips. The Flight Attendant will ensure consistent and controlled service delivery aligned with established standards. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining direct execution with real-time management of cabin performance and crew.
Responsibilities

Lead cabin operations, maintaining accountability for execution, timing, and service flow.

Develop adaptable service plans based on passenger profiles and trip requirements.

Operate within a flexible, no-fail service model, ensuring thorough preparation and adaptability.

Direct and coordinate flight attendants to maintain service standards.

Interface with Executive Assistants and key stakeholders to align expectations.

Oversee provisioning, including vendor coordination and quality control.

Maintain control of the cabin environment during dynamic conditions.

Provide real-time guidance and mentorship to flight attendants.

Ensure consistency in service delivery by maintaining knowledge of passenger profiles.

Provide exceptional guest experiences while adhering to appearance guidelines.
Requirements

8–12+ years of experience in Part 91 private aviation.

Demonstrated experience supporting UHNW passengers in high-demand environments.

Completion of formal corporate flight attendant training (e.g., FACTS, FlightSafety, or equivalent).

Current safety certifications including CPR, AED, and First Aid.

Advanced capability in culinary execution, menu planning, and onboard preparation; formal or practical culinary training preferred.

Advanced experience in provisioning strategy and managing parallel service options.

Strong working knowledge of cabin systems, galley operations, and aircraft-specific service environments.

Proven ability to lead cabin operations and direct other flight attendants.

Experience coordinating with Executive Assistants and key stakeholders.

Valid passport with ability to travel internationally without restriction.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to operate on a flexible, on-demand schedule, including high-priority assignments.

High level of discretion, judgment, and execution discipline.

Ability to perform duties as required of a 14 CFR Part 121 Flight Attendant while in flight.

Willingness to relocate to Long Island, NY.
