About the Role
The VIP Cabin Attendant is responsible for all aspects of the cabin experience, ensuring the utmost comfort and satisfaction for the aircraft owner and guests. Responsibilities extend beyond onboard service to include inventory management, training contract staff, maintaining interior condition, and supporting hangar and charter operations. This position requires flexibility, as it involves unpredictable schedules, extended travel, and short-notice assignments. Lyon Aviation is committed to training the right candidate.
Responsibilities

Oversee owner and family travel, contributing approximately 150 flight hours annually.

Provide support for charter flights as required.

Deliver a superior VIP experience characterized by warmth, professionalism, discretion, and personalized service.

Prepare the aircraft cabin with catering, amenities, and special requests prior to each flight.

Plan, present, and serve food and beverages with meticulous attention to detail and presentation.

Source, develop, and manage all cabin supplies, catering, beverages, and onboard amenities.

Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization within the cabin, galley, and baggage areas.

Manage and maintain the aircraft's linens, bedding, mattresses, and towels, including coordinating laundry and replacements.

Organize and maintain the cabin supply room at the hangar.

Coordinate catering, inventory, passenger preferences, and post-flight restocking efforts.

Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor cabin supply levels.

Track and manage a comprehensive list of interior cabin discrepancies and facilitate their resolution.

Coordinate aircraft interior cleaning with external vendors, ensuring the highest standards of cabin cleanliness.

Train and mentor contract cabin attendants on service standards, aircraft procedures, and cabin management expectations.

Collaborate closely with the aircraft owner, pilots, and flight coordination team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
