Aircraft Captain Opportunity | Part 135 Operations

Lyon Aviation is actively seeking highly qualified and experienced candidates to join its dynamic flight operations team as an Aircraft Captain. This demanding role requires exceptional leadership, adherence to the highest safety standards, and proven expertise within complex Part 135 operational environments. Successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of international and domestic commercial air transport missions.

Minimum Professional Experience and Licensing Requirements:

Prospective applicants must strictly meet the following aeronautical experience thresholds and certification criteria:

  • Total Flight Time: 5,000 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 2,000 hours
  • Multi-Engine Time: 2,000 hours
  • Time In Type: 500 hours (Current Type Rating Required)
  • Operational Experience: Significant experience operating within Part 135 regulations is mandatory.

Required Licenses and Certifications:

  • Pilot License: Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
  • Licensing Authority: FAA License Holders Only.
  • Medical Certification: Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Radio License: Valid and Unrestricted Restricted Radiotelephone Operators Permit.

Additional Essential Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Valid and Unrestricted Passport.
  • Ability to successfully Obtain and Maintain CANPASS Authorization as a Pilot.
  • Compliance with ICAO Annex I-2.1.10 standards, specifically as they pertain to aircrew engaged in international commercial air transport operations involving more than one pilot.
