Cabin Crew Member
This position requires a dedicated individual to ensure the safety, security, and comfort of passengers throughout all phases of flight operations. The Cabin Crew Member is a key representative of the airline, embodying professionalism and a commitment to exceptional service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Execute all duties pertinent to passenger and flight safety during normal, abnormal, and emergency circumstances.
- Facilitate effective communication between cabin and flight crew members, adhering to established common language and terminology protocols.
- Deliver tailored assistance to passengers with special needs, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Administer appropriate first aid in response to medical emergencies, whether on the ground or in flight.
- Maintain current knowledge of all regulatory changes, company documents, and instructions issued by Luxair, incorporating necessary updates into personal manuals.
- Uphold the welfare of passengers by following service instructions and commercial communication guidelines.
- Adhere to current regulations and assume necessary responsibilities when participating in in-flight sales on Luxair flights.
- Maintain awareness of all reporting methods, promptly communicating any irregularities, feedback, or suggestions encountered while on duty.
Required Profile:
Minimum Required Criteria:
- Possession of a secondary education diploma (Baccalaureate) or equivalent qualification.
- Possession of a valid swimming and/or rescue certificate.
- Minimum age of 18 years and medically fit for flight duties.
- Willingness to work irregular schedules, including weekends.
- Ability to accept layovers at outstation locations.
- Basic proficiency in standard office applications.
- Exemplary customer service orientation, maintaining a professional appearance and adherence to the company's uniform dress code.
- Demonstrated fluency in English, French, and German, both spoken and written.
- Successful completion of mandatory initial and recurrent training programs specific to the area of activity.

- Exceptional customer service acumen, with a high degree of service orientation.
- Basic conversational proficiency in Luxembourgish.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, within and external to the organization.
- Proficient in utilizing the tools and systems specific to the department.
- Displays responsibility, dynamism, teamwork skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Ideal Candidate:
