Main duties:

Preparation of simulator syllabi in compliance with Luxair OM D and ATO manuals

Advising the Crew Training Manager on simulator and line training matters as required

Assisting the Crew Training Manager on selection of all training staff

Coordinating with CTKI on training programs

Training course production revision and monitoring

Instructor duty allocation

Monitor instructor training and qualification

The CFI is responsible for the training and supervision of all TRI/SFI and LTC
-
Yearly review and approval of all simulator courses
-
Coordinates all airplane type specific training matters with the respective fleet office

Assist the Crew Training Manager in various training projects
Minimum required criteria:
-
Be a Typerating instructor at Luxair since at least a year minimum
-
Be an active Luxair Pilot
