LUMINAIR is seeking an experienced Captain for its C680A aircraft, based in Hamburg, Germany. This full-time, permanent position is crucial for the operator's fleet expansion and upcoming charter-focused operations, with the C680A entering service in Q4 2026.

As a Captain on the C680A, the successful candidate will play a key role in LUMINAIR's growth phase, supporting fleet expansion and contributing to a premium, reliable charter experience. This role requires a strong safety-first mindset and a passion for client service, aligning with the company's expansion and strengthening market presence as one of Europe's fastest-growing private jet operators.
Requirements
- Valid C680A type rating
- Valid EASA ATPL (A) license
- Valid Medical Class 1
- Minimum of 2,500 total flying hours
- Minimum of 1,000 PIC (Pilot in Command) hours on high-performance aircraft (over 9 tonnes / CS-25)
- Valid ZUP (Zuverlaessigkeitsueberpruefung) background check under section 7 of the German LuftSiG
- Unrestricted EU passport or the right to live and work in the EU
- Fluent English language skills
- Professional working German proficiency is strongly preferred
- Valid driving licence
Qualifications
This position requires a Captain with a C680A rating and an EASA ATPL, alongside significant flight experience, particularly in command on larger aircraft. Candidates must meet stringent background check requirements and possess strong communication skills in English, with German being a notable advantage. The ability to work in the EU is also essential.
