The Opportunity

Lockheed Martin is seeking a highly skilled and experienced F-35A Contractor Instructor Pilot (CIP) to join its team at the Łask Tactical Air Base in Łask, Poland. This critical position plays a pivotal role in the execution of Pilot Training Center (PTC) operations, providing essential support to the Poland Ministry of National Defense (MND) and the Polish Air Force (PLAF).

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting military pilots in maintaining and enhancing their qualification levels through comprehensive flight procedures training. This involves executing approved pilot training syllabi, facilitating upgrades, and conducting advanced tactics training within the Pilot Training Device environment, primarily utilizing the F-35 Full Mission Simulator (FMS).

The F-35A CIP position is a full-time, onsite role based at the 32nd Air Base in Łask, Poland. Located in the heart of Central Poland, this premier military aviation hub offers unparalleled strategic access to Eastern Europe and beyond. With its state-of-the-art infrastructure and highly trained personnel, the 32nd Air Base is poised to support a wide range of military operations, training exercises, and international cooperation initiatives, making it an ideal location for enhancing capabilities and strengthening alliances.
