The Role

Lions Air Group is seeking a seasoned and professional Commander (PIC) for its Dassault Falcon 8X fleet. This role involves operating assigned flights globally, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency in all missions. The Commander is a key representative of the company, demonstrating service excellence to clients and authorities while leading cockpit and cabin crew effectively through clear communication and professionalism. The position requires active support in flight planning, dispatch coordination, and comprehensive pre and post-flight procedures, along with the flexibility to assist with additional company and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) for all assigned Dassault Falcon 8X flights in worldwide operations.
• Ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of all missions.
• Leading cockpit and cabin crew with professionalism and clear communication.
• Representing the company towards clients and authorities with a service-driven attitude.
• Supporting flight planning, dispatch coordination, and pre/post-flight procedures.
• Assisting with additional company duties and operational needs as required.

Required Profile

The successful candidate will possess:

• A valid EASA ATPL.
• A current Dassault Falcon 7X/8X type rating (CATII experience is preferred).
• A minimum of 3,000 total flight hours, including at least 1,000 jet hours and 500 hours as PIC.
• Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written.
• Willingness and ability to operate worldwide in a demanding 24/7 environment.
• Strong IT skills and readiness to take on additional responsibilities.
• A professional appearance, strong team spirit, and resilience under pressure.
• Residence within a two-hour driving distance from Basel.
