Job Summary

A prominent aviation organization is seeking a highly experienced NH90 NFH Helicopter Flight Instructor to contribute to a significant aviation program in the Middle East. This role involves delivering comprehensive training programs, ensuring adherence to high standards, and supporting the development of operational readiness and crew qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery of NH90 NFH initial, recurrent, and advanced training.
• Ensuring standardization and safety oversight in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and military standards.
• Supporting operational readiness, crew qualification, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development.
• Providing instructor mentoring and contributing to crew development.
• Participating in simulator and aircraft-based training programs.
• Contributing to the long-term capability development of a helicopter unit.

Required Qualifications

• Current or former NH90 NFH Instructor, Examiner, or Instrument Pilot (IP).
• Extensive operational and instructional background on the NH90 NFH helicopter.
• Demonstrated strong understanding and application of standardization, Crew Resource Management (CRM), and safety culture.
• Willingness to relocate permanently to the Middle East.
• Ability to effectively work within a multiethnic environment.
