NH90 NFH Instructor Pilot

Employment Type: Contract (1 year, renewable)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM
A prestigious aviation program in the Middle East is seeking a senior NH90 NFH Helicopter Flight Instructor. This role is critical for delivering comprehensive training and supporting operational readiness.
Responsibilities
- Deliver NH90 NFH initial, recurrent, and advanced training programs.
- Ensure standardization and safety oversight in compliance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and military standards.
- Contribute to operational readiness, crew qualification, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development.
- Provide instructor mentoring and support crew development initiatives.
- Participate in simulator and aircraft-based training programs.
- Contribute to the long-term capability development of a helicopter unit.
Requirements
- Must hold current or former NH90 NFH Instructor / Examiner / IP qualifications.
- Possess extensive operational and instructional experience on the NH90 NFH helicopter.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding and application of standardization, Crew Resource Management (CRM), and safety culture.
- Willingness to relocate permanently to the Middle East.
- Ability to work effectively within a multiethnic environment.
