Airborne Signals Analyst (ASO)
Leidos seeks a highly skilled and motivated Airborne Signals Analyst (ASO) to join our team supporting critical intelligence operations. This individual will play a vital role in providing timely and accurate analysis of collected data, ensuring mission success and contributing to national security efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and dynamic target area assessment utilizing SIGINT and radar systems.
- Analyze and distribute multi-source information through on-board aircraft communication systems.
- Safely and effectively operate SIGINT, radar, and communications equipment as a member of a tactical ISR aircrew.
- Execute all assigned pre-flight, flight, and post-flight duties, including mission planning, pre-briefings, mission system inspection, operation, troubleshooting, post-flight inspections, debriefings, intelligence product preparation and distribution, and mission documentation.
- Assist with mission equipment payload preventive maintenance, sensor and line-replaceable unit and sensor swaps.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Minimum age of 21.
- Valid passport and state driver's license.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Ability to meet all CRC deployment and medical requirements.
- Current or willingness to comply with COVID vaccination requirements.
- Active DoD security clearance at the TOP SECRET level, with the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Top Secret/SCI security clearance with CI Poly.
- Demonstrated interpretation and analysis skills with one or more of the following sensor systems: ELINT, or COMINT.
- Previous intelligence or operations experience in analyzing multi-source information.
- Previous ICS communication experience.
- Ability to successfully complete airborne mission/flight operations training.
- Willingness to deploy to various OCONUS operating locations as directed by the government.
- Ability to obtain a US passport and visas for international travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced signals analysis experience.
- Airborne TECHELINT and OPELINT experience.
- Strong understanding of frequency agile signals.
- Experience with joint cryptologic operations.
- Air-to-Air and Air-to-Ground communication coordination experience.
- Previous ISR mission/intelligence product support experience.
- Previous ISR and/or instructor/evaluator experience in a combat environment.
- Previous KUSS, PRC-117, VORTEX, data link experience.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $55,250.00 - $99,875.00.
Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
