Leidos is seeking experienced intelligence professionals to join their team as instructors for the Advanced Contingency Intelligence Networks (CIN) Course at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, NV. The selected candidates will play a crucial role in preparing intelligence professionals for success in demanding operational settings. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-level (300 level) training to select intelligence personnel.
- Developing and maintaining cutting-edge course materials and training exercises, ensuring alignment with the latest technologies, systems, and tools.
- Providing pre-mission briefings and administering academic assessments at the conclusion of training events.
Qualifications for Success:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree (Associate's Degree with significant experience may be considered).
- 8+ years of USAF operational experience.
- Recent experience providing intelligence support to Air Operations Centers (AOC), Distributed Common Ground Systems (DCGS), or unit level Intelligence (ULI) aviation operations.
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with JWICS access.
- Ability to obtain additional security clearances and program accesses.
- Deep understanding of National Defense Strategy (NDS) priority threat nations' capabilities, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
- Proven ability to develop syllabi, deliver engaging lessons, design realistic scenarios, and execute culminating CAPSTONE events.
- Expertise in mission planning operations, including DIM/MAM/GPDM/GPAWM/Coord/Breakouts, as well as Intel Team Lead and ISR Team Lead roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of intelligence collection processes.
- Experience with Combat Employment, Air Expeditionary Units, Contingency Response Groups, or similar deployments.
- Strong understanding of GEOINT, SIGINT, intelligence fusion, analytical tradecraft, targeting processes, and products.
- Ability to develop cohesive, logical scenarios reflecting accurate threat behaviors and dynamic target activity, utilizing multi-INT signatures.
- Proficiency in utilizing current Special Tactics and Applications (STAs) for operational execution.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to multitask effectively and deliver high-quality products within established deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, thriving in a dynamic and demanding work environment.
Preferred:
- Graduation from the US Air Force Weapons School, Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center, or qualification as a Royal Air Force Weapons Instructor.
- Experience collaborating within Air Combat Command (ACC).
- Participation in Large Force Employment (LFE) exercises such as AGILE FLAG, RED FLAG, and Weapons School Integration events.
Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $78,000 - $141,000, with the opportunity to work alongside leading experts in the field of aviation intelligence.
