Leidos is seeking highly skilled and mission-focused individuals to join its passionate team as Aviation Training Captains and Simulator Instructors. In this role, incumbents will command and deliver comprehensive flight crew training on a highly modified Dash 8 aircraft, equipped with state-of-the-art surveillance technology.
As a Captain with the surveillance team, the successful candidate will provide essential leadership and support to the crew, ensuring each mission is executed diligently, efficiently, and professionally. Members of the training and checking team will play a critical role in the professional development of Dash 8 pilots, conducting training and checking activities both in the aircraft and via simulators. Comprehensive training will be provided to support the attainment of additional instructor and examiner qualifications.
