Role Summary
The First Officer will be an integral part of a multi-crew, multi-engine flight operation, contributing to safe and efficient commercial air transport services. Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive type rating training provided by Lauda Europe.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Prospective candidates are required to meet the following stringent criteria:
- Total Flight Time: A minimum of 1200 hours.
- Multi-Engine Flight Time: A minimum of 1000 hours.
- First Officer Experience: Must possess at least 1000 hours operated specifically in the capacity of a First Officer on a multi-crew, multi-engine aircraft engaged in commercial air transport operations.
- Recent Flight Experience: Operation on the relevant aircraft type must have occurred within the 36 months preceding the course start date.
- Licensing & Ratings:
- Hold a valid EASA Frozen ATPL (Air Transport Pilot License), Instrument Rating (IR), and Multi-Engine (ME) rating.
- The Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (MEIR) must be current on the date of assessment and its expiry date must not exceed 12 months from the commencement date of the training course.
- Medical Certification: Possess a valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- English Language Proficiency: Demonstrate ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or higher.
- Type Rating: A specific type rating is not required as extensive training will be provided by Lauda Europe.
- Right to Work: Candidates must possess an unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union (EU) and/or the United Kingdom (UK). This requirement applies to specific base locations and includes individuals holding 'Pre-Settled Status'. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ability to successfully pass an enhanced background check and fulfill all other applicable aviation regulatory requirements.
