Key Responsibilities of the Cabin Crew:
The successful candidate will be expected to perform a variety of duties including:
- Ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance by conducting all duties and responsibilities strictly according to their Part 64 Cabin Crew licence and Company Manuals.
- Responding swiftly and effectively to in-flight emergencies, administering first aid, and managing medical or operational incidents with professionalism and care.
- Creating a welcoming and supportive onboard environment by greeting and assisting travellers, and providing clear, timely information throughout the journey.
- Delivering a memorable in-flight service experience, which may include the preparation and serving of meals, snacks, beverages, and refreshments, whilst being attentive to customer preferences and special needs.
- Handling passenger queries, complaints, or concerns with empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented approach to ensure satisfaction and reinforce customer trust.
- Supporting operational excellence through assisting with boarding and disembarking procedures, managing the in-flight service flow efficiently, and contributing to overall operational efficiency and on-time performance.
- Maintaining accurate inventory of onboard supplies and managing stock levels effectively before, during, and after flights, ensuring availability while minimising waste.
- Preparing and submitting accurate post-flight reports and documentation in a timely manner.
- Fulfilling ad hoc operational duties and assignments as required, including the potential for operating on international contracts periodically in alignment with company needs.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications & Licences:
- Successful completion of an Ab-Initio Cabin Crew Training Program from a SACAA Approved Aviation Training Organization (ATO).
- Holding a valid SACAA Cabin Crew Licence issued under Part 64 of the Civil Aviation Regulations and Technical Standards.
- Possession of a valid and current Class 4 Aviation Medical issued by a Designated Aviation Medical Examiner, with compliance to all medical restrictions and protocols.
Experience:
- Prior Cabin Crew experience is considered advantageous.
- A strong track record in a customer-centric environment is also advantageous.
