121_PAX seeks an experienced Commander (E:145 Pilot-in-Command) to join their team in Antigua & Barbuda. This role involves the overall responsibility for the safe operation of the ERJ145 aircraft, passenger and crew welfare, and regulatory compliance.

About the Role

The Commander (E:145 Pilot-in-Command) is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft throughout all flight phases. This includes ensuring the safety, comfort, and security of passengers and crew, maintaining operational control, and adhering strictly to all regulatory and company procedures. The role demands excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, along with a thorough understanding of aircraft performance, regulations, and emergency procedures. Familiarity with ECCAA regulations and company operations manuals is essential.

Requirements

• Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) - ICAO
• Current medical certification
• Extensive knowledge of aircraft performance, regulations, and emergency procedures
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with ECCAA regulations and company operations manuals
• Minimum flight hours and command experience as stipulated by company and authority
• ERJ145 Type Rating: Required
