In-Flight Cabin Crew Position
Role Overview
The In-Flight Cabin Crew member will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all passengers while ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the flight. This role requires a highly professional individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of service and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively handle and resolve passenger complaints by employing robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Consistently provide an exceptional level of customer service to all guests at all times.
- Maintain a high standard of public conduct, representing the airline with professionalism.
- Ensure passenger needs are met in a professional, enthusiastic, and caring manner, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and understanding.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of all safety and emergency procedures, first aid protocols, and in-flight services.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum height of 160 cm.
- Minimum age of 20 years.
- Must be medically fit and able to successfully pass a pre-employment medical examination in Kuwait.
- Possess an excellent overall presentation and grooming.
- Demonstrated ability to swim a minimum of 50 meters unaided.
