The successful Cabin Crew Member is responsible for delivering an exceptional, premium flight experience. This pivotal role requires the provision of superior customer service, simultaneously ensuring the comfort, well-being, and stringent safety of all passengers throughout the entire flight duration.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
In this essential operational role, the Cabin Crew Member's duties will include, but are not limited to, the following core functions:
- The execution of all safety protocols and procedures meticulously, maintaining ultimate responsibility for passenger welfare during standard operations and emergency situations.
- Ensuring rigorous adherence to Kuwait Airways Safety Standards (KAC) and compliance with all regulatory requirements mandated by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), company procedures, and operational policies.
- Providing a comprehensive range of professional in-flight services, maintaining the highest standard of customer service to guarantee a smooth, premium, and pleasant passenger journey.
- Performing all assigned duties consistently in accordance with the Company’s established standards and guidelines.
Minimum Candidate Qualifications
Applicants must fulfill the following mandatory requirements to be considered for the Cabin Crew Member position:
- Successful completion of High School education (12 years of formal schooling).
- Demonstrated proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Minimum height requirement of 160 cm, with weight proportionate and consistent with height.
- Must possess excellent personal presentation and grooming standards, and be physically fit to perform the demanding duties of a Flight Attendant.

- Kuwaiti Nationals: Minimum age 20 years, Maximum age 34 years.
- Non-Kuwaiti Nationals: Minimum age 20 years, Maximum age 32 years.
