Kuwait Airways is activity recruiting passionate, ambitious and experienced Type Rated A320 Captains.
Requirements

Possession of a valid ATPL license, or its equivalent issued by ICAO Member States, approved by the Director of Aviation Operations.

Accumulated total flying hours (LOG BOOK) of at least 6000 hours (with a reputable airline of which 1500) hours (on a jet aircraft with a maximum authorized take-off weight exceeding 30,000) kg (and total pilot experience not less than 2000 hours). Note: The hours listed above do not include simulated flight experience.

Pass the personality assessment/competency assessment by a physician/consultant, if any.

Pass the medical examination of the General Administration of Civil Aviation, including the examination for the use of psychoactive substances.

The English language proficiency level should be from (4 or above) and the license should refer to the requirement “meets language proficiency” in accordance with ICAO Annex 1 of Paragraph 1.2.9.4 (for the English language) is valid to date.

Pass the initial general aviation acceptance test/assessment
General Terms

Priority in appointment to Kuwaitis who meet the requirements.

The applicant must be proficient in the English language, reading, writing, and using computer applications. It is also required to pass the English language test with a score of at least 70%.

For Kuwaiti applicants, those born on May 10, 1999 and thereafter, have either performed the mandatory military service or were exempted from it in accordance with Law No. 20/2015 and submit a certificate of completing or exempting from compulsory military service.

Applicants are subject to the necessary conditions for appointment in accordance with the regulations and decisions in force in Kuwait Airways.

Applicants are subject to personal interviews and the necessary tests, and it is required that they pass the tests' success rates to complete the personal interview.

In case of equal results (after meeting the required conditions and passing the personal interviews) the differentiation shall be decided by the following criteria:

Who Achieves a grade of 90% or higher for their educational qualification.

Whomever graduated first.

Age seniority.
-
Married applicants are preferred over single status applicants.
