A leading aviation company based in the U.S. is seeking a qualified First Officer (FO) to join their Flight Operations department. This role will support the Captain in safely operating the aircraft in compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company policies.
About the Role
The First Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft. Responsibilities include assisting the Captain and crew through effective Crew Resource Management (CRM), conducting pre-flight and post-flight inspections, managing necessary flight paperwork, and diligently operating the aircraft according to regulations and procedures. The FO will also be responsible for identifying and reporting any unsafe conditions.
Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Ability to read, write, and understand spoken and written English.

Proficiency in writing routine reports and correspondence.

Must have no restrictions on International Travel.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Ability to successfully pass a 10-year security background check.

Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test.

Ability to walk up or down stairs.

Ability to work in a confined area for extended periods.

Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Willingness to perform duties both inside and outside the cockpit in a variety of meteorological conditions.
Qualifications

FAA Multi-Engine Airline Transport Certificate or Restricted Multi-Engine Airline Pilot Certificate.

A minimum of 1500 total flight hours is required.

2000+ total flight hours is preferred.

Military candidates with less than 2000 total flight hours may be considered; turbine and Pilot in Command (PIC) experience are flexible for military applicants.

1500 turbine (jet) flight hours is preferred.

1000 PIC turbine (jet) flight hours is preferred.

A current FAA First Class Medical Certificate is mandatory.

A FCC Radio License is required.

Previous FAR 121 experience is preferred but not mandatory.
