Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a skilled and dedicated Part 91 Citation XLS Pilot to join its corporate aviation team at Baraboo–Wisconsin Dells Regional Airport (KDLL) in Baraboo, Wisconsin. This full-time position involves providing safe, efficient, and professional air transportation for company executives, associates, and guests utilizing the company's Citation XLS aircraft.
The Part 91 Citation XLS Pilot will be responsible for the safe operation of the company's Citation XLS aircraft in strict adherence to all applicable regulations, company policies, and established operating procedures. Key duties include performing pilot-in-command responsibilities, conducting comprehensive preflight planning, coordinating all trip logistics, maintaining accurate flight records, and ensuring the aircraft is meticulously prepared for each flight. The role demands exceptional judgment, professionalism, flexibility, and an unwavering commitment to safety, including providing discreet and courteous service to all passengers and being available for a flexible schedule, which may include overnight, weekend, and holiday travel.
