Part 91 Citation XLS Pilot
to join its corporate aviation team. This full-time position is based at Baraboo–Wisconsin Dells Regional Airport (KDLL) in Baraboo, Wisconsin, and involves operating the company's Citation XLS aircraft to provide safe and efficient air transportation for company ownership, executives, associates, and guests.
About the Role

Safely operate the company’s Citation XLS aircraft in strict adherence to all applicable regulations, company policies, and established operating procedures.

Execute pilot-in-command duties as assigned.

Conduct comprehensive preflight planning, including detailed weather analysis, aircraft performance calculations, and route planning.

Coordinate all flight-related logistics, such as flight schedules, ground transportation, fueling, and other trip-related arrangements.

Maintain meticulous flight records and required documentation.

Ensure the corporate aircraft is impeccably prepared and presented for each trip.

Deliver professional, discreet, and courteous service to all passengers.

Maintain availability for a flexible flight schedule, which includes potential overnight, weekend, and holiday travel when required.

Contribute to the ongoing safety, readiness, and efficiency of the corporate aviation operation.
Requirements

A minimum of 3,000 hours total flight time.

A minimum of 1,500 hours pilot-in-command time.

A minimum of 500 hours turbojet time.

Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA First-Class Medical Certificate without restrictions.

No restrictions on international travel outside the United States.

A CE560-XL type rating is strongly preferred.
