Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source high-caliber flight crew candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and applicant screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Collaborate closely with flight operations and HR management to understand staffing needs and profile requirements.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including professional networks, aviation job boards, and industry events, to reach target candidates.
• Conduct thorough assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance KLM's reputation as an employer of choice in the aviation sector.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in recruitment, with a specific emphasis on the aviation industry. A deep understanding of flight crew roles, qualifications, and the regulatory landscape is highly desirable. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Dutch is a significant advantage.
