Qualifications and Experience:
General Requirements:
- Dutch HAVO diploma or MBO4 (technical) qualification, including English and Mathematics, or an equivalent international qualification.
- Valid European passport.
- Height between 1.58 and 2.03 meters.
- Proficiency in the Dutch language. Non-native speakers must achieve A2/B2 level proficiency (CEFR) prior to employment.
- Clean criminal record.
- No restrictions on international travel.
- Preference for candidates who have completed flight training programs from KFA, NLS, CAE, EPST, MFA, or hold a Military Pilot License (MPL-A) from the Royal Netherlands Air Force or Navy.
Licenses, Certificates, Experience, and Competencies:
- EASA ATPL or frozen ATPL.
- Valid EASA Class I medical certificate (unrestricted).
- ICAO English Language Proficiency (LPE) Level 6.
- Valid Radiotelephony (RT) license.
- Valid Instrument Rating for Multi-Engine Aeroplanes (IR(A) – ME).
- EASA Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) certificate.
- Valid type rating for a multi-pilot aeroplane.
- Proficiency in Performance-Based Navigation (PBN).
- Training in Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT).
- No history of aviation incidents or accidents.
- Logbook documentation demonstrating:
- Minimum 1,000 hours on a multi-engine aeroplane with an MTOW > 5700 KG (excluding cruise relief co-pilot duties), or equivalent military pilot experience.
- Minimum 100 hours Pilot in Command (PIC).
- At least 150 hours in commercial aviation within the 12 months preceding the application, or equivalent military pilot experience.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary is determined in accordance with the KLM Cargo collective labor agreement, based on seniority and specific role. Indicative gross monthly salaries range from €5,600 to €7,000, exclusive of benefits and pension allowances.
