ATR Qualified First Officer - Vancouver (YVR)

The company is accepting applications for an ATR Qualified First Officer, based in Vancouver (YVR). The successful candidate will initially receive training on the Convair 580, with a transition to the ATR fleet anticipated in early 2025. Initial Convair 580 training is scheduled to commence in March or April.

This position supports the Purolator BC Feeder Service contract, recently extended for a further 10 years. The program operates routes Monday through Friday from YVR to Victoria (YYJ), YVR to Kamloops (YKA) and Prince George (YXS), and YVR to Kelowna (YLW), with daily returns to YVR. This opportunity offers valuable experience and a desirable work-life balance, with pilots returning home each evening. The typical flying schedule consists of 13-14 days per month.

Requirements:

• Current Canadian Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL), or a Current Canadian Commercial Pilots Licence (CPL) with IATRA or valid SAMRA/SARON exams.
• Multi Engine and Group 1 Instrument Ratings.
• Preference will be given to applicants having Turbine experience.
• A Valid Canadian Passport or Canadian work permit.
• Must be able to obtain and retain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
• Ability to travel/operate to the United States, and any other countries within our network.
• No criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted.
• Fully vaccinated against Covid 19.
