Captain, Gulfstream GV (Part 91)
A discerning private flight department is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Captain to operate their Gulfstream GV (Gulfstream V) aircraft. This full-time position is for Part 91 flight operations and is based permanently in Van Nuys, California, a premier location for private aviation.
About the Role
The Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of all flight operations aboard the Gulfstream GV, ensuring strict adherence to Part 91 regulations and company standards. This role requires exceptional airmanship, leadership, and a steadfast commitment to passenger safety and comfort across a variety of missions.
Qualifications

Prospective Captains must possess an active and unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
Requirements

A minimum of 3,500 hours total flight time.

At least 2,000 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.

A minimum of 1,000 hours in turbine-powered aircraft.

A Gulfstream type certification is strongly preferred, with a demonstrated minimum of 200 hours in type on a Gulfstream aircraft.

Exceptional Pilot-in-Command (PIC) candidates who possess robust and relevant experience on comparable business jet aircraft types may be considered, even without prior Gulfstream type certification.
