Company: Jettime Oy
Location: Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (HEL), Finland
Employment Type: 7-month full-time temporary employment (until 31.10.2026) with potential for permanent full-time employment.
Jettime is seeking enthusiastic and service-driven individuals to join its Cabin Crew team at the Helsinki base. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their journeys. Successful candidates will be instrumental in delivering Jettime's signature memorable onboard experience, characterized by a positive, can-do attitude and a genuinely cheerful atmosphere. As a supplier of aircraft and crew to prominent Nordic airlines such as SAS, Finnair, and Air Greenland, as well as charter operators like TUI, Jettime offers a dynamic and varied work environment.
Ideal candidates possess a strong service orientation, flexibility, and resilience. They demonstrate a positive mindset towards the service industry, thrive in fast-paced settings, and exhibit punctuality and adaptability to change. Excellent cooperation skills, coupled with the ability to work independently, are essential. Previous Cabin Crew experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
The Cabin Crew role involves a dynamic and varied working schedule, provided at least 14 days in advance. This position deviates from a traditional 9-to-5 schedule and may encompass all hours and days of the week, including nights and holidays. Candidates must demonstrate significant flexibility and adaptability, as extended periods away from their home base are expected. Opportunities for social activities and building strong colleague relationships are abundant.
A comprehensive 4-week training course will be conducted at Jettime's HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark. For applicants to the HEL base, Jettime covers accommodation during the course and provides one set of return travel tickets to Copenhagen. Lunch is also provided during training. The training covers essential skills in first aid, safety, flight theory, communication, cooperation, sales, and service. Successful completion of all assessments, alongside an approved background check, is a prerequisite for employment. The training is provided free of charge, and upon successful graduation, a completion bonus equivalent to one month's base salary is awarded.
The recruitment is ongoing, and applications will be reviewed as they are received. Assessment days will be announced in Helsinki once a sufficient pool of qualified candidates has been identified. The next 4-week Cabin Crew training course is scheduled to commence in early March 2026.
