Qualifications and Requirements

  • A valid Part-FCL CPL-A/MPL-A license issued by Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish authorities. (Licenses from other EASA member states are acceptable but require transfer at the applicant's expense prior to course commencement.)
  • A current B737NG Type Rating.
  • A valid Instrument Rating (IR(A) ME).
  • A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher.
  • A valid EU passport.
  • A clean criminal record.
  • Mandatory proficiency in the Finnish language.
  • Availability to commence the Operator Conversion Course (OCC) in February or March 2026.

Recruitment Process Overview

The comprehensive selection process is designed to identify highly capable individuals and includes:

  • Simulator assessments to evaluate piloting skills.
  • Technical, cognitive, and psychometric testing to gauge aptitude and suitability.
  • Interviews and further assessments scheduled to take place in Copenhagen in December 2025.

Jettime is recruiting for an Operator Conversion Course (OCC) commencing in February or March 2026. Applications are evaluated on a rolling basis.
