Requirements

The primary requirement is a passion for customer service and ensuring passenger well-being.

Candidates must be legally permitted to work in Australia.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check.

Candidates must be able to swim and tread water for at least 25 metres.

Must be able to reach 212cm.

Must have a passport with at least 12 months validity and unrestricted right to live and work in Australia.
Qualifications

A minimum of 18 years of age.

Completion of secondary school education or equivalent.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

A valid First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one).

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
