JetSMART is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Cabin Crew in Colombia. This role is instrumental in ensuring each flight is safe, welcoming, and memorable for passengers travelling across South America. The position encompasses passenger safety and service, communication of emergency procedures, assistance with boarding and disembarkation, brand ambassadorship, and scheduled ground duties. Successful candidates will be based in Medellín or Bogotá, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety, service orientation, adaptability, teamwork, and professional presentation.
About the Role
The Cabin Crew member is responsible for upholding company policies, standards, and procedures, as well as adhering to all applicable regulations. This role requires maintaining the necessary proficiency and training to execute assigned functions effectively. Key duties include delivering exceptional passenger service, ensuring passenger safety, informing passengers of emergency protocols, following directives from the Lead Crew Member and Captain, and acting as a welcoming host during passenger boarding and disembarkation. Additionally, the Cabin Crew may represent the brand at events and will participate in scheduled ground assignments such as team meetings and revalidation sessions.
Requirements
- A valid license with assessed technical theoretical knowledge.
- A valid passport.
- A valid AEROCIVIL medical certificate.
- A valid swimming certificate.
- A diploma.
- Availability to be based in Medellín or Bogotá.
- Willingness to relocate to other cities as required.
- Excellent personal presentation.
