Challenger 350 Captain / Lead Captain

JetRight is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Captain to serve as pilot-in-command of company aircraft, primarily the Challenger 350. The successful candidate will ensure the safe, efficient, comfortable, and punctual operation of all assigned flights. This role requires exceptional communication, customer service, and teamwork skills, as the Captain will interact with clients from diverse backgrounds. This position may require up to 80% travel and an anticipated annual flight time of 300-450 hours. Compensation ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to Federal Aviation Regulations, company policies, and Operations Specifications in all duties.
  • Exercises sound judgment for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft.
  • Contributes to decision-making processes related to safe flight operations.
  • Accurately assesses current and anticipated flight conditions, proactively identifying and addressing operational threats.
  • Facilitates timely exchange of information, ideas, and instructions with crew members.
  • Effectively manages tasks to optimize overall crew performance.
  • Demonstrates teamwork, professionalism, and mentorship in all responsibilities.
  • Fosters a safe and collaborative cockpit environment, mentoring junior crewmembers.
  • Successfully completes all required company and FAA proficiency checks and training.
  • Promotes a positive image of JetRight in accordance with company policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with airplane multiengine class rating and English Proficiency endorsement.
  • Minimum of 3,500 hours total flight time.
  • Minimum of 1,500 hours multi-engine flight time.
  • Minimum of 1,000 hours turbine flight time.
  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit (RR).
  • Current FAA First Class medical certificate.
  • U.S. citizenship or proof of right to work in the U.S.
  • Current passport or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules, with a residence within a two-hour reporting radius of dispatch call during assigned duty periods.
  • Minimum age of 23 years.
  • No accidents, incidents, or enforcements in the last three years.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CL-300 Type Rating.
  • FAR Part 91/135 flight department experience.
  • International operations experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an aviation- or business-related field.
  • Experience in Learjet 45/75 aircraft.

Working Environment:

This position involves periods of standing/walking on hard surfaces (up to two hours), sitting (up to six hours), and lifting/carrying (up to 75 pounds). Duty periods are restricted to a maximum of 14 hours.
