AIRLINE is seeking enthusiastic Cabin Crew members to join their team at London Luton Airport. This fixed-term position focuses on ensuring passenger safety, security, and delivering an exceptional onboard service experience throughout the summer season.

About the Role

AIRLINE is recruiting Cabin Crew to operate from London Luton Airport. This full-time role involves delivering safe, secure, and enjoyable journeys for passengers, coupled with award-winning onboard service. The contract is fixed-term until the end of the Summer Season in November 2027, with the possibility of extending for Summer 2028. The position requires flexibility and availability across a 24/7 operation. Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive four-week CAA-approved paid training program.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety, security, and wellbeing of customers and colleagues on all flights.
• Delivering award-winning customer service and creating memorable onboard experiences.
• Providing assistance to customers, including first aid and general support.
• Promoting and selling onboard products.
• Collaborating effectively with Cabin Crew and Flight Deck colleagues to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Adhering to all company procedures, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous Cabin Crew experience is not a prerequisite.
• Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, enjoy assisting others, and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Effective and professional communication abilities are essential.
• The capacity to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure is required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Pride in personal presentation and professionalism.
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
• Comfort in promoting and selling onboard products.
• Resilience, accountability, and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work variable rosters, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, Bank Holidays, and peak holiday periods.
• Eligibility to work requires a valid UK/EU passport with sufficient remaining validity.
• Must provide a complete five-year history covering employment, education, or other activities.
• Successful completion of pre-employment referencing and criminal record checks.
• Compliance with applicable medical, health, and safety regulations.
• Ability to comfortably fasten the Crew Jump Seat safety harness.
• Meeting required reach and mobility standards.
• Reliable transportation to and from the airport base for all scheduled shifts.
