Cabin Crew - London Stansted

Jet2.com is seeking dedicated individuals to join their Cabin Crew team at the London Stansted Airport base. This full-time, fixed-term position focuses on ensuring the safety, security, and enjoyment of passengers during all flights, delivering award-winning customer service. The role requires flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, Bank Holidays, peak holiday periods, and variable weekly rosters.

About the Role

As a member of the Cabin Crew, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the safety, security, and wellbeing of customers and colleagues on every flight.
• Delivering award-winning customer service and creating memorable onboard experiences.
• Providing first aid and general assistance to customers.
• Promoting and selling onboard products.
• Collaborating with Cabin Crew and Flight Deck colleagues for safe and efficient operations.
• Adhering to all company procedures, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous Cabin Crew experience is not a prerequisite.
• Candidates must prioritize safety, enjoy assisting others, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and make sound decisions are essential.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and take pride in professional presentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Comfortable promoting and selling onboard products.
• Demonstrate resilience, accountability, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week operation, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, Bank Holidays, peak holiday periods, and variable rosters.
• Hold a valid UK/EU passport with the required validity.
• Provide a full 5-year employment, education, or activity history.
• Successfully pass pre-employment referencing and criminal record checks.
• Comply with all applicable medical, health, and safety requirements.
• Be able to fasten a safety harness for the Crew Jump Seat.
• Meet the required reach and mobility standards.
• Be able to travel reliably to and from the airport base for all rostered shifts.

Qualifications

The contract is a fixed-term position until the end of the Summer Season in November 2027, with a potential to return for Summer 2028. Applicants are advised to apply for only one Cabin Crew position per recruitment season and for their preferred base.
