Jet2.com and Jet2holidays seeks a Regional Inflight Retail Operations Executive based across their Airport bases in the South of England. This role is responsible for managing the planning, communication, and organisation of all operational and logistical activities related to inflight catering and provisioning to ensure exceptional customer experience, maximise onboard sales, and maintain flight safety standards.

About the Role

The Regional Inflight Retail Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day operational management of inflight retail services. Key responsibilities include liaising with operations teams and service providers to ensure flights are correctly catered and provisioned, planning and communicating actions to minimise impact during programme disruptions, and participating in an on-call rota. The role requires regular travel across UK bases, including face-to-face visits to catering units and crew rooms.

Requirements

• A strong airline operational background in Ground Services, Catering, In-Flight Retail, or Cabin Services/Cabin Crew is essential.
• Experience working in a similar role within another airline, particularly with specific experience in airline catering and logistics, is ideally sought.
• Candidates must be self-starters, capable of working unsupervised and remotely.
• The ability to act as a problem solver, demonstrating tenacity and the capacity to make sound operational decisions quickly.
