Jet2.com is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew at Luton Airport for the Summer 2026 season. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities

Create memorable experiences by providing friendly, high-quality care, including first aid and general passenger assistance.

In-Flight Sales:
Proactively promote and sell onboard products with confidence to meet targets.

Maintain responsibility for the safety of customers and colleagues, adhering to all company procedures and communications.

Team Collaboration:
Work effectively with Cabin Crew and Flight Deck colleagues to ensure a safe and seamless customer journey.
Candidate Requirements
While previous experience is not required, successful candidates must demonstrate the following attributes:

A strong awareness of safety and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.

Comfort in actively promoting products to achieve sales targets.

Must hold a current, valid UK/EU passport.

Ability to provide five years of full employment references and pass a satisfactory criminal record check.

Compliance with all medical, health, and safety regulations, including the ability to fasten the Crew Jump Seat safety harness and meet physical reach requirements.
Contract Details and Training
This is a full-time, fixed-term position running from 5th June to 2nd November 2026. Opportunities for future seasons may be available based on performance and business requirements. The role operates on a 24/7 basis, requiring flexibility for early starts and late finishes. Successful applicants must complete a four-week, unpaid, CAA-approved training course located near the base.
