Essential Requirements for A320/A321 Captains
    Successful candidates for the role of A320/A321 Type Rated Captain must possess the following minimum qualifications:
- A valid UK issued Pilots Licence (EASA/UK CAA).
 
- Minimum English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 5.
 
- A current Class One Medical certificate with a minimum of six months validity remaining at the start date.
 
- A current and valid A320/A321 Type Rating.
 
- A minimum of 3,000 flying hours accrued.
 
- A minimum of 1,000 hours of Command time (factorised) either on type or on a similar size and configuration Jet aircraft.
