Successful candidates must possess a valid UK-issued Pilot Licence with a minimum ELP Level 5, a current Class One Medical with at least six months validity at the start date, and a current A320/1 Type Rating. A minimum of 3,000 flying hours is required, with 1,000 hours of command time (factorised) on type or a similar size and configuration jet aircraft.
