Jet Linx is seeking a qualified Second in Command (SIC) for its Citation XLS+ midsize jet aircraft operations in Houston, TX. This full-time position supports both Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations. The ideal candidate will reside within a two-hour call-out time of their designated home base or be willing to relocate.
About the Role
The Second in Command plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft. Reporting directly to the Base Chief Pilot, the SIC is responsible for preparing the aircraft and adhering to Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures. This role involves managing flight and duty times, maintaining communication with the company, and ensuring all flight documentation and equipment are up-to-date.

Current 1st Class Medical Certificate

Ability to release and pass an FAA Pilot Record Database review

Qualifications

Initial or recurrent 142 training in type within the last 24 months is preferred.
