Pilot in Command - Midsize Jet Operations
A prominent aviation operator is actively seeking experienced and qualified Pilot in Command (PIC) candidates to join its esteemed team. This exciting opportunity involves operating midsize jet aircraft across both Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of flight operations, adhering strictly to company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations (CFRs).
- Proactively manage duty, flight, and rest times to ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
- Maintain continuous and effective communication with the company regarding standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position updates, and comprehensive pre- and post-flight reporting.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3,500 total flight hours is required.
- A minimum of 1,500 multi-engine land flight hours is mandatory.
- At least 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) is necessary.
- A minimum of 250 hours in aircraft type is required.
- A minimum of 250 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) in aircraft type is required.
Location Requirement:
Candidates are expected to reside within a two-hour call-out time radius of their assigned home base, or demonstrate a willingness to relocate accordingly.
