Pilot in Command (PIC) - Midsize Jet Operations (Part 91/135)

The organization is actively seeking highly qualified and experienced Pilot in Command (PIC) candidates to join its flight operations team, specializing in Midsize Jet aircraft. This critical role involves the safe and professional execution of both demanding Part 91 corporate flights and scheduled Part 135 charter operations. The successful candidate will uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and passenger service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Pilot in Command manages all aspects of flight operations, ensuring compliance with both company policy and stringent federal regulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing duty, flight, and rest times strictly in accordance with both company requirements and Federal Aviation Regulations (CFRs).
• Maintaining consistent and reliable communication with the company's operations center for essential tasks, including standby duty assignments, immediate trip notifications, real-time position calls, and the submission of thorough pre- and post-flight reports.
• Exercising ultimate authority and responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft during all phases of flight.

Minimum Experience Requirements

Candidates must possess documented experience meeting or exceeding the following flight hour criteria:

• Minimum Total Time: 3,500 hours
• Minimum Total Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 2,000 hours
• Minimum Multi-Engine Land Time: 1,500 hours
• Minimum Total Time in Type: 250 hours
• Minimum PIC Time in Type: 250 hours

Operational Expectations

To ensure maximum operational flexibility and responsiveness, the successful Pilot in Command must currently reside, or be willing to relocate, within a two-hour call-out time radius of the designated home base.
