Pilot in Command - Midsize Jet (Part 91/135 Operations)
Our organization is actively seeking highly qualified and experienced Pilot in Command (PIC) candidates to operate our midsize jet aircraft. This pivotal role involves executing safe, efficient, and compliant Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, and ensuring strict adherence to all aviation regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Pilot in Command, holding ultimate responsibility for the safe and successful execution of all assigned midsize jet flights under both Part 91 and Part 135 regulations.
- Rigorously manage and accurately document all duty, flight, and rest times in strict accordance with company operational policies and all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (CFRs).
- Maintain clear, proactive, and consistent communication with company dispatch and flight operations personnel regarding standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and comprehensive pre-flight and post-flight reports.
- Ensure exceptional operational readiness, uncompromising safety standards, superior passenger comfort, and strict adherence to company procedures and safety protocols for every flight.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Prospective candidates must demonstrate the following minimum flight experience and operational flexibility:
- Minimum Total Flight Time: 3500 hours
- Minimum Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 2000 hours
- Minimum Total Time in Type (Midsize Jet): 250 hours
- Minimum Pilot in Command (PIC) Time in Type (Midsize Jet): 250 hours
- The ideal candidate is expected to reside, or be willing to relocate, within a two-hour call-out radius of the designated home base to ensure immediate operational availability and responsiveness.
