Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the evolving needs of a dynamic aviation company.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including professional networks, industry events, and online platforms.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer extension, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate journey.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Jet Linx Aviation's reputation as an employer of choice in the aviation sector.

Qualifications

A strong background in human resources and talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in recruitment is essential. Experience within the aviation industry or a related field is highly advantageous. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
