About the Role
Jet Linx Aviation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Talent Specialist to join its esteemed Talent Team. This crucial role supports the strategic growth and operational excellence of the company by identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent within the aviation industry. The successful candidate will operate from the National Operations Center, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the full-cycle recruitment process for various aviation-related positions.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
- Sourcing qualified candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Facilitating the interview process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Supporting HR initiatives and projects as assigned by the Talent Team.
- Contributing to employer branding efforts to attract and retain exceptional talent.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Familiarity with aviation industry recruitment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
- A strong understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
