About the Role

Jet Linx Aviation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Talent Specialist to join its esteemed Talent Team. This crucial role supports the strategic growth and operational excellence of the company by identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent within the aviation industry. The successful candidate will operate from the National Operations Center, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the full-cycle recruitment process for various aviation-related positions.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
  • Sourcing qualified candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Facilitating the interview process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Supporting HR initiatives and projects as assigned by the Talent Team.
  • Contributing to employer branding efforts to attract and retain exceptional talent.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with aviation industry recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • A strong understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
