Jet Excellence is seeking experienced Citation X Captains (PIC) to join their talent pool for upcoming Part 135 charter operations based in Raleigh, North Carolina. This position involves operating the CE-750 aircraft as Pilot-In-Command, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and passenger service.
About the Role
The Citation X Captain (PIC) is the final authority for the safe, legal, and compliant operation of the aircraft, crew, passengers, and cargo. This role demands adherence to all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), particularly those outlined in the company's General Operations Manual (GOM).
Key Responsibilities

Exercise Pilot-In-Command (PIC) authority for safe, legal, and compliant flight operations under 14 CFR Part 135.

Ensure full regulatory compliance with FAA requirements, including flight planning, weather minimums, routing, aircraft performance, and airworthiness.

Conduct all required pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties in accordance with FAA regulations and company SOPs.

Maintain operational control support, coordinating with dispatch/operations while retaining final go/no-go authority.

Ensure crew compliance with duty/rest limitations, qualification currency, and all Safety Management System (SMS) practices.

Apply Crew Resource Management (CRM) and threat/error management principles.

Manage abnormal and emergency situations according to approved procedures and company training.

Ensure passenger safety and regulatory adherence for all onboard activities.

Maintain accurate records and reporting, including discrepancies and operational documentation.

Uphold company service standards without compromising regulatory or safety requirements.
Qualifications

Valid CE-750 Type Rated Captain (PIC).

ATP / MEL.
-
Current FAA First Class Medical certificate.

Valid Passport.

U.S. citizenship or Permanent Resident status with unrestricted right to work.

ICAO eligible for international operations.

Ability to successfully complete company training and demonstrate proficiency.

Part 135 experience is preferred.
Flight Time Requirements

3,500 total flight hours.
-
1,500 hours PIC (any aircraft).

250 hours PIC in CE-750 type.
