Jet Excellence | First Officer

Jet Excellence, a Part 135 charter operator, seeks a skilled First Officer for its Citation X (CE-750) aircraft. This home-based position in the United States requires proximity to a major airport and operates on a flexible 8/6 or 15/13 roster, focusing on safe and compliant charter operations while ensuring exceptional passenger service.

About the Role

The Citation X First Officer, also known as Second-in-Command (SIC), will partner with the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) to ensure the safe, legal, and efficient execution of all charter missions. Responsibilities include flight planning, aircraft readiness, performance calculations, adherence to regulatory compliance, and proactive threat and error management. The SIC will support the PIC in all flight phases and may assume command if necessary, also serving as the Ground Security Coordinator under the TFSSP.

Requirements

• Current CE-750 type rating as a First Officer/SIC. Applications lacking this certification will not be considered.
• Current FAA First Class Medical certificate.
• Valid passport.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status with unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
• ICAO eligibility for international operations.
• Ability to complete company training and demonstrate proficiency in all required duties.
• Minimum of 1,000 total flight hours.
• Minimum of 50 multi-engine flight hours.
• Residence within the domestic United States, home-based within one hour of a major airport.
• Confirmation of holding a valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, either unrestricted or restricted.

Preferred Qualifications

• Part 135 experience is preferred.
