Main Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for the Client's Office.

Lead and support crew recruitment, development, and performance management.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture.

Oversee crew training, scheduling, and operational planning.

Review and approve aircraft-related expenses and crew expense claims.

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft at all times.

Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company procedures.

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism as a representative of Jet Aviation.
Requirements

Valid FAA or EASA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) or equivalent.

Current Gulfstream G650 Type Rating.

Demonstrated experience operating the Gulfstream G650.

Flight experience and currency sufficient to meet all regulatory and operational requirements for commercial operations.

Proven leadership experience within a corporate, business aviation, or managed aircraft environment.

Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
