Position Summary

Jet Aviation is seeking an experienced Captain to join its elite flight operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading G650 aircraft operations with the highest standards of safety, precision, and service excellence. Reporting to the Director of Flight Operations, the Captain will serve as a key representative of the company, ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and security of all crew members, passengers, and cargo.
  • Maintain full compliance with the Operations Manual (FOM), Air Navigation Order (ANO), and all relevant aviation regulations.
  • Oversee all operational procedures, checklists, and the proper handling of aircraft systems.
  • Coordinate flight crew activities to ensure optimal airmanship and crew resource management.
  • Ensure crew members are properly stationed during critical phases of flight, including take-off, landing, and final approach.
  • Oversee precise navigation, altitude observation, and fuel management, ensuring adequate reserves for safe landing.
  • Manage cabin safety through close coordination with cabin crew, including conducting passenger safety briefings.
  • Maintain integrity of flight data and cockpit voice recorders; document flight/technical logs and report occurrences or incidents as required.
  • Uphold the company’s reputation through a high standard of professional discipline, conduct, and appearance.

Candidate Requirements

  • Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with a G650 type rating (FAA, UK, or EASA).
  • Minimum of 3,000 total flight hours, including at least 1,700 hours on the G650 platform.
  • Current Class 1 medical certificate.
  • Proven experience in international operations and navigating adverse weather conditions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems, safety protocols, and aviation regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Previous experience as a captain on a business jet is highly preferred.
