G650 Captain - Permanent Contract
Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the utmost safety for all crew members, passengers, and cargo during flight operations.
- Strict adherence to all operational procedures and checklists as stipulated by the Operations Manual (FOM).
- Confirming that all crew members are in their designated stations prior to takeoff, during final approach, and landing.
- Prohibiting any crew member from engaging in activities other than those essential for the safe operation of the aircraft during critical flight phases.
- Ensuring flight data and cockpit voice recorders are not disabled or erased, except when necessary for incident or accident investigations.
- Coordinating flight crew responsibilities to optimize airmanship and ensure the safe conduct of flights.
- Maintaining precise navigation and diligent observation of minimum altitudes.
- Operating within the limitations of all aircraft systems and ensuring proper aircraft handling and utilization.
- Enforcing the rigorous use of checklists.
- Verifying that sufficient usable fuel remains for diversion to a suitable airport with final reserve fuel intact.
- Maintaining close liaison with cabin crew to ensure compliance with all cabin safety requirements.
- Accurately completing all flight and technical logs.
- Filing written occurrence and accident reports as required.
- Maintaining current knowledge of relevant aviation regulations, the JBJH/JBJS Operations Manual, and agreed aviation practices.
- Upholding a high standard of discipline, conduct, and appearance as a representative of the company.
- Complying with regulations outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM) and the Air Navigation Order (ANO).
- Briefing passengers on emergency exit locations and the use of safety and emergency equipment.
- Representing Jet Aviation positively within industry groups, regulatory bodies, and the General Dynamics network.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with a G650 type rating (FAA, UK, or EASA).
- A minimum of 3,000 total flight hours, including over 1,000 hours on the G650 or comparable business jets.
- Previous experience as a captain on a business jet is strongly preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of aircraft systems, aviation regulations, and safety protocols.
- Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.
- Proven experience in international flight operations and handling adverse weather conditions.
- Current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
