Position Summary
A professional, flexible, dynamic, and motivated G650 Captain is sought for a permanent contract. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator with an enthusiasm and passion for delivering an exceptional client flight experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of all crew members, passengers, and cargo onboard.
- Ensure compliance with all operational procedures and checklists according to the Operations Manual FOM.
- Ensure all crew members occupy their stations prior to take-off, final approach, and landing.
- Prohibit crew members from performing non-essential activities during critical flight phases.
- Prevent the disabling or erasing of flight data and/or cockpit voice recorders, except when required for incident/accident investigations.
- Coordinate work distribution within the flight crew for optimal airmanship.
- Ensure precise navigation and observation of minimum altitudes.
- Observe aircraft system limitations and ensure proper aircraft handling.
- Enforce the strict use of checklists.
- Ensure sufficient usable fuel remains for diversion to an airport with final reserve fuel.
- Maintain close contact with cabin crew to ensure cabin safety requirements are met.
- Ensure the completion of flight and technical logs.
- File written occurrence and accident reports as necessary.
- Maintain familiarity with relevant aviation regulations, JBJH/JBJS operations manual, and agreed aviation practices.
- Maintain a high standard of discipline, conduct, and appearance as a company representative.
- Comply with regulations in the Operations Manual (FOM) and Air Navigation Order (ANO).
- Ensure all passengers are briefed on emergency exits and safety equipment.
- Represent Jet Aviation internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies, and the General Dynamics network.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) with a G650 type rating (FAA, UK, or EASA).
- 3,000+ total flight hours, including 1000+ hours on G650 or similar jets.
- Experience as a captain on a business jet is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, aviation regulations, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in international flying and adverse weather conditions.
- Current medical certificate (Class 1).

Work Environment
The employee will work in both heavy maintenance and upscale customer areas. The noise level is typically moderate, with occasional high volumes during aircraft arrivals/departures. The employee is frequently exposed to vibration and occasional fuel fumes. Willingness to work in all weather conditions is required. The noise level in the work environment is generally loud. The hangar environment may experience extreme temperatures during certain seasons.
