Aviation Pilot (PIC/SIC)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aviation Pilot to join our flight operations team. The successful candidate will be designated as either Pilot in Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC), playing a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all assigned flight missions. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, a strong commitment to regulatory adherence, and a proactive approach to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate as Pilot in Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC) as designated for assigned aircraft.
- Ensure absolute compliance with all flight and maintenance schedules, alongside other directives governing aircraft operations.
- Strictly adhere to crew flight and duty time limitations, following guidelines outlined in the General Operations Manual (GOM) for Part 135 operations, or maintaining equivalent standards when operating under Part 91.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Possession of an active Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, with a demonstrated ability to maintain currency with all flight requirements.
- A current FAA First Class Medical Certificate is mandatory.
- Thorough understanding of and strict compliance with applicable FAA Part 91 and/or FAA Part 135 requirements relevant to the assigned aircraft type.
- This is a safety-sensitive position, subject to all DOT/FAA drug and alcohol regulations.
- Location: Los Angeles. Candidates must reside within a two-hour drivable commute of Los Angeles or be willing and able to relocate.
