About the Role

The Captain will assume full responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of state-of-the-art Gulfstream G600/G800 aircraft. This role requires leading a professional crew, ensuring an exceptional experience for discerning clientele, and upholding the highest standards of safety, service, and professionalism. The Captain will navigate domestic and global routes, adapt to changing conditions, and represent Jet Aviation as a trusted Brand Ambassador.

Requirements

  • Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
  • FAA First Class Medical
  • High school diploma
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Qualifications

  • 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time
  • 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC)
  • 1,500 hours Multi-Engine
  • 500 hours Turbo-Jet
  • 500 hours Turbine
  • 100 hours Night
  • 75 hours Simulated Instrument
  • Appropriate Aircraft type rating and currency for Gulfstream G600/G800

Responsibilities

  • Take command of all assigned flights, ensuring safety and compliance
  • Maintain a complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems
  • Manage flight plans and adapt to changing conditions
  • Perform duties as In-Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) as required
  • Conduct required passenger safety briefings
  • Support open communication on safety issues and report hazards
  • Record and report all aircraft discrepancies
  • Manage trip documentation and complete accurate trip paperwork
  • Represent Jet Aviation with professionalism and dedication
