Requirements

Airline Transport Pilot Certificate.

Responsibilities

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all assigned flights, including inspections, flight plan filing, and route analysis.

Mentor and guide crew members, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate schedules and training.

Maintain a complete working knowledge of aircraft systems to operate with precision and manage flight plans.

Promote a strong safety culture by adhering to best practices and addressing discrepancies.

Manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, and assist in crew hiring.
